Elisabeth and Graeme’s wedding felt less like an event and more like stepping into a memory. Tucked along the shoreline of Golden Lake, just outside Ottawa, Elisabeth’s family cottage set the scene for a day that was relaxed, intimate, and full of quiet moments that seemed to unfold naturally.

Friends flew in a from all over Canada and spent the day before with a nice sunset welcome dinner.

It was the kind of setting where photographing a wedding becomes less about directing and more about simply paying attention to the moments happening.

Everything about the day felt personal in the best way.
