PROCESS

  • Start by filling out our inquiry form, where you can tell us everything. We’ll follow up with a phone or video call to get to know each other better, discuss your vision, and answer any questions you might have. After our call, we’ll send you a custom proposal tailored to your needs.

  • Once you’re ready to move forward, you’ll sign a contract and pay a 50% deposit to secure your wedding date. From that moment on, we’re officially part of your wedding journey!

  • If your collection includes a engagement session, we’ll meet up before the big day to capture some beautiful moments.

    After that, 2 months out from your wedding we will schedule a call to discuss your vision for your wedding.

  • About a month before your wedding, we’ll have a final check-in to go over your timeline and any important details. This ensures that we’re fully prepared to capture every moment that matters to you.

  • On your wedding day, we’ll be there capturing every meaningful glance, every laugh, and every tear. You focus on enjoying your day and we’ll take care of preserving it.

  • After your wedding, we carefully edit and curate your gallery. You’ll receive your beautifully crafted photos and wedding film via a personalized website, where you can easily download and share them with family and friends.

FAQs

  • Photo & video packages are captured together by a dedicated team. Depending on the package you choose, your coverage could include multiple photographers and videographers working side by side. This approach allows your day to be documented fully, without moments being missed or recreated.

  • Your private online gallery is uploaded for you to view and download within approximately 8 to 12 weeks

  • Travel is included within 2 hours of Toronto. Anything over 2 hours will be charged either milage OR 1 night stay near wedding venue, whichever is cheaper :)

  • Of course! We can arrange a meeting. Video, phone or in person anytime leading up to your wedding to answer any questions and discuss your plans for the day.

  • 50% retrainer is due at the time of booking and remainder is due at least one week before your wedding.

  • Each film dictates its own unique music selection. We’d love to hear about some of your favorite artists to help inspire us. While we can’t / won’t use “popular” music in our films, we do license our music from an amazing website that features incredible music from bands and artists. We choose songs based on how the footage speaks to us and the energy of the day.
