Every part of your wedding film is approached with care and intention. We plan thoughtfully, paying attention to light, space, and how the day naturally flows so nothing feels rushed or missed. The result is work that feels true to your wedding day and timeless in the way you return to it.

For select dates, we work with a small group of associate videographers who shoot under Seven Oak. These are people who are trusted within the wedding industry. Not just technically, but how they move through a day, and how they respond to real moments.

All associates are experienced professionals within the wedding industry or have been personally selected and trained to reflect the same playful and driven storytelling style. Many have worked alongside us for years, and their work naturally aligns with what you see across my films.

What does that look like?

Your day is still approached the same way. No forced direction. Just honest coverage that feels true to you.

All communication, planning, and timelines are handled directly through Brandon, and every film is edited in house. The final piece is still shaped through my perspective, with the same pacing and intention.

Associate packages are offered at a lower price point, allowing for more flexibility while keeping the overall experience consistent.

Storytelling Strategy Session

The Storytelling Strategy Session is a relaxed planning call we do about 2 months out from your wedding, once the vision is starting to feel real. This is where we talk through the bigger picture of how your day will be captured and, more importantly, how it should feel.

We’ll chat about music, pacing, colour palette, audio moments, and any creative details that matter to you, so your film reflects your personalities and the energy of the day. This helps us align on tone and storytelling ahead of time, so when the wedding arrives, everything flows naturally and the focus stays on capturing something honest, intentional, and uniquely yours.

While this session is optional, it’s a crucial part of how we work. Every couple is different, and your wedding film should reflect that rather than fit into a preset formula. Taking the time to shape the story together ensures your film feels personal, intentional, and true to you instead of something generic or cookie cutter.

FAQ’s

  • After booking, all planning and communication will be handled directly with Brandon. Associates may be part of this depending on their availability.

    Associate videographers will be introduced closer to your wedding date, typically around 3-5 months prior. This ensures the process stays streamlined while still giving you time to connect before the day.

    We typically schedule a call with the associate and Brandon 3 months before your wedding!

  • Brandon personally leads and completes the edit for every film. Associate videographers may assist in shaping pacing and structure to reflect how the day unfolded, but all final creative decisions and finishing are handled by Brandon.

  • Your custom online gallery is uploaded for you to view and download within approximately 8 to 12 weeks.

  • Sharing your fav artists, genres, or overall vibes to help guide the music direction for your film is encouraged!

    BUT

    Each wedding naturally dictates its own soundtrack, and we choose music based on how the footage speaks to us and the energy of the day. While we can’t use popular or mainstream songs, all music is professionally licensed from a curated library of incredible independent bands and artists.

  • There is no travel fee for weddings within the GTA.
    Travel fees are associated with all packages if your wedding is further than 50 km’s of postal code M5A3W7.

  • 50% retrainer is due at the time of booking and remainder is due at least one week before your wedding.
